We’re working with local community healthcare providers “Here (Care Unbound)” to bring NHS Health Checks to a local venue near you!

If you’re between the ages of 40 – 74 and haven’t had a health check in the last 5 years you may receive a text, call, or letter from our partners inviting you for this. Texts will come from GPAccess with a link to accurx.nhs.uk, this service is free.
